Information we collect
When you browse or order, we may receive your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, transaction status, and support messages. We also receive technical information including IP address, browser details, cookies, and page or checkout activity. Our payment provider processes card information; Bubble Sticks receives transaction information needed for the order, not your full card number.
How we use and share it
We use information to run the site, maintain carts, process payments, ship orders, send order emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, measure site use, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Service providers include Cloudflare, Hostinger, WooCommerce, WooPayments and its payment partners, and Google Analytics. We may disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and retention
Store cookies keep cart and checkout sessions working; analytics may set measurement cookies. You can adjust browser cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout. We retain order and support information as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply where you live, email hello@bubblesticks.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information as permitted or required by law. Do not email payment card numbers.
